Cutting Board #5

Our cutting boards are made from local hardwood trees (Walnut, Maple, Cherry) that had to be cut down. We retrieved the wood, milled it and let it air dry. We then milled it again before hand selecting the pieces for our cutting boards. Sometimes we will add wood that has been kiln dried by a local mill.

-All cutting boards have unique characteristics, no two are alike.

-Our cutting boards are finished with a food grade mineral oil.

Not only are our cutting boards a beautiful display piece, they are meant to be used! Don't be afraid to enjoy it! Our cutting boards are great for chopping/slicing meats, cheeses, vegetables, and then use it to serve your snacks on. After time, if you choose, you can ship your cutting board back to us to have it sanded out and refinished to make it look almost like new.(not included in original cost)

Wipe down your cutting board with mild soap and water, rinse and dry.  We recommend reapplying mineral oil when your board begins to look dull. **DO NOT submerge in water, soak in water or place in the dishwasher! Care and cleaning instructions will be provided with each purchase.

*We recommend that you use a designated cutting board for raw meats to prevent cross contamination.
